OH GOSH. oh gosh. I can't even.
I've been meaning to share my wedding details on here for a few months now but Wedding Chicks beat me to. Not only is it awesome to get to relive that day over again on their blog, but it's also so exciting to see some of my lettering work featured out in the interwebs! This beautiful day was captured by Jordan Voth and he did a truly amazing job, I'm speechless every time I look at these photos, and you can see even more photos on his site.
A couple of thank you's that are overdue: I had an amazing wedding planner who stuck with me for two years during this planning process and made sure my vision came to life. Our families and bridal parties who were seriously so fun. My amazing parents supported my entire vision and without them none of it would have happened. And my darling husband who on multiple occasions had to remind me what the day was truly about- the marriage (Yeah apparently it's not just about cute details and cake tasting- joking!) Bless his heart.
My vision for the day was to play up this rustic barn element but give it a classier vibe. I did all of the handlettering and calligraphy from invitations, to signage, to detail cards, to programs, our giant custom guestbook, our wine box, and a million other little details I'm sure I'm forgetting. It was so much fun for me and I'm so sad its over! But now I have these beautiful photos to remember with and now I can focus all of my attention on the brides I get to help with their weddings so it's all good!
